Minimum system requirements & compatibility

Minimum system requirements for Android:

• Device must be supported by Google Play Store
• Android OS version 4.1 and higher
• GPS
• Internet connection

Minimum system requirements for iOS:

• Requires iOS 10.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

My device is below minimum system requirements, will the application work?

Regrettably, only devices that meet minimum system requirements are supported. Other devices are not supported due to a large amount of device-related issues. You also may experience issues on custom OS versions, because the application was developed and tested on officially released OS versions.

Which OS platforms are supported?

The Family Locator is currently supported only by the Android and iOS platforms. We are not planning to add support for any other platform at the moment.

Is my purchased subscription info limited to one platform?

You can use your purchased subscription on any device you have our app installed on. You don't need to purchase a new subscription, just log in with your account and you'll have full access to the app.
