*If you are using iOS or Android 10, please set the Location Services for Family Locator to 'Always'
2. Phone Settings => Background app refresh for Family Locator - ON
3. Phone Settings => Notifications for Family Locator - Allow
4. WiFi/Cellular - ON
Also, please make sure to:
1. Configure Zone Alerts (Family Locator app menu --> Zone Alerts)
2. Keep Family Locator folded in the background (don't close the app)
3. Refrain from using the battery saving mode
4. Update to the latest version of Family Locator
