If you forgot your password, please follow these steps to reset it:
- Launch Family Locator app.
Enter your email address and tap I have an account.
Type your email address and Tap Next.
On the next screen tap Forgot password?.
Check your email to find a letter from us containing a temporary password.
- Use the received password to log in to your profile in Family Locator app. Once you log in, please change the password.
In case you didn't find the letter in your inbox, please check the spam or junk folder as well. Sometimes letters may appear there. If you've checked all folders but still cannot find the letter, please drop us a line at help@family-locator.com. We’ll be glad to help you.
